We have received your order successfully.
What Happens Next:
If the order is placed between 08:30 and 17:30, you will receive a call/text within one hour to confirm the appointment details. If it is outside the above hours we will reach you as the first thing on the next working day.
We will always try to keep your preferred date and time. But based on our schedules if we need to change that, we will discuss that when we contact you.
Please note: we will have to place the order on hold if we cant reach you.
After completing the survey you can either pay our Assessor cash or do a bank transfer to the account details on our invoice that will be emailed after survey. If you pay cash, our assessor will email you the receipt straight away.
All certificates / Floor plans are issued on the same day of cleared payments.
